About Darnell
Darnell, originally from Key West, Florida, discovered his passion for fitness in high school, where he sought to improve his overall athletic performance. As a former high school and college football player, he witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of proper exercise and nutrition. This experience, combined with his dedication to optimizing physical performance, ignited a lifelong love for fitness and led him to achieve top-five placements as a competitive bodybuilder.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Cloud State University, Darnell dedicated himself to motivating and supporting others in achieving their goals. He has built a reputation as a fitness professional known for his integrity, enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication. As a fitness instructor, his primary goal is to ensure the safety of his clients while inspiring and educating them to make exercise an integral part of a healthier lifestyle. He firmly believes, “When your mind and body are active, your spirit is healthy.”
